She is a results-driven leader with a 20+ year background with strategic experience in systems engineering, executive leadership, digital transformation, program management, AI-driven innovation and Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) outreach. She brings a systems-minded approach that strengthens decision-making, aligns operations, and drives sustainable growth.   

Lakina has a proven track record of leading multi-billion-dollar modernization initiatives, driving digital engineering adoption, and managing high-performance engineering teams to accelerate mission-critical technology solutions.

Rooted in faith and driven by purpose, Lakina bridges sacred and secular space by equipping leaders to navigate transition, lead with confidence, and build with integrity. She also serves as a facilitator and speaker, delivering transformational messages at conferences, leadership gatherings, women’s events, and faith-based forums.
